Building Minnesota, One Property at a Time
Aventus Development Group is a Minnesota-based real estate development firm that acquires, renovates and adds housing to neighborhood properties, with a growing pipeline across the Twin Cities & surrounding counties.
Development That Strengthens Neighborhoods
For the past two years, we've been doing the work in Minnesota: buying neighborhood buildings, renovating them the right way, and finding room to add homes where the city needs them. We're a focused, hands-on firm. We know every one of our properties by address, and we're building our portfolio the same way we build everything else: carefully, one property at a time.
